At DaniMark SEO, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and SEO services on time and with transparency. This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.


1. Digital Services & Refunds

All services provided by DaniMark SEO are digital and customized. Once work has begun, these services are generally non-refundable, except in cases outlined below.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Work already completed or partially completed

  • Strategy development, audits, keyword research, or consulting time

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not outlined in the original agreement

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, access, or approvals


2. Delivery Date Guarantee

If DaniMark SEO is unable to deliver the agreed service within the stated delivery date, and the delay is not caused by the client, you may be eligible for:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • A service credit, or

  • A revised delivery timeline agreed upon by both parties

Refund eligibility under this clause applies only when:

  • The delivery date was clearly defined in writing

  • The client has fulfilled all required obligations on time

  • The delay exceeds 7 business days beyond the agreed delivery date


3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made in error (duplicate or incorrect charge)

  • Services were not started and a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment

  • DaniMark SEO fails to deliver within the agreed delivery date as outlined above

  • A written agreement or proposal explicitly includes a refund guarantee

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.


4. Monthly & Recurring Services

For monthly SEO or recurring services:

  • Payments are billed in advance

  • You may cancel future services with written notice

  • No refunds are issued for the current or previous billing periods

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle


5. Project-Based Services

For one-time or project-based services:

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins

  • Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable

  • If a project is canceled mid-way, completed work will be delivered where applicable


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of the client relationship

  • Loss of access to completed or in-progress work
